Your privacy is very important to us. At AIR VISION, we intend to treat these data in a lawful, fair and transparent manner.

In the present declaration of confidentiality, we explain what are the personal data we have, how we manage them and what are the results of the treatment.

On the other hand, we explain the rights you have to guarantee and improve the protection concerning your data.

At AirVision, your personal data are only accessible to responsible persons who must have access to according to their tasks.

Your personal data are processed by AirVision in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, with the legal provisions relative to direct marketing of Code XII and the Code of Economic Law and in accordance with the regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of private persons, the processing and free movement of personal data (below GDPR).

The GDPR defines a personal data as follows: any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person. “Identifiable” means a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly by means of an identifier such as a name, an identification number, a location data, an identifier on the Internet or by a physical element, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social to define the identity of this natural person.

3.1. Data we collect directly :

We collect and process different types of personal data about our customers and suppliers such as:

  • Surname and first name of collaborator, function, company address, business number, e-mail address, telephone number
  • Company’s bank account number and billing data
  • Language of preference

 

3.2.  Public Data and Data we collect indirectly:

AIR VISION treats sometimes public data.

This may include, for example, data that is subject to a publication requirement, such as the publication of your appointment as manager of a company, or data that you have made publicly available, such as information on your website, …

 It can also be public data for example because they are well known in your area or because they were published in the press. As for example, the information published by the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises and by Graydon.

 

3.3. Data spontaneously communicated to us

When you contact us by phone, our staff can write down your last name, first name and phone number in order to establish a contact sheet and keep data of the people who use our services.

 

 

  1. WHAT IS IT AND ON WHICH LEGAL BASIS ARE THESE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED?

Your data is, depending on the situation, used for the following purposes:

Keeping contact information with potential customers or prospects: Your data is needed to properly execute the contract conclude with us. Due to the fact that you conclude a contract with us, we must have the necessary personal data to be able to provide the services foreseen in the contract.

This mainly data is necessary for optimal communication:

o to send price quotations

o to send commercial and technical documentation

o for commercial relations

o in the context of newsletters, invitations and other information (events / workshops / newsletter)

The personal data collected are processed administratively and accountingly. If you do not want so, we will not be able to perform the defined benefits.

  • New potential contacts having left their business card: in case you give us a business card, we register you in our database. As you left us your contact information, we consider that you consent to this registration
  • For suppliers: we collect the personal data necessary for the performance of the contract. These are essentially e-mail addresses of contact persons to ensure easy communication

 

 

  1. STORING OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are kept for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes described in point 4.

Of course, we keep your personal data in accordance with any legal deadlines and limitation periods to be respected.

6a. Right of access and consultation

You have the right to consult your personal data at any time for free and to be aware of the use made of it. This use must comply with the application regulations in the sector.

 

6b. Right of correction, erasure and limitations

You are free not to share your personal data with us.In the processing of your personal data, you can always request that be rectified, completed or deleted in our database. You also have the right to limit the processing of your personal data. This means that we may not continue to process your personal data without your consent. We may continue to store your data but not processing without your consent, except in the context of legal proceedings, or for the protection of natural or legal persons, or for important reasons of public interest.

6c. Right of objection

If you consider that some personal data are processed on a prohibited basis, without a legitimate purpose to do so, you may request that your personal data be processed and erased from our data files.

 

6d. Data transmission request fee

You can ask us to transfer the data provided to us, either to yourself or directly to a third party. This in compliance with the implementing provisions in the sector.

 

6e. You can withdraw your consent

When your personal data is processed with your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. We will then have the obligation to erase your data from our data base.

The processing of your personal data does not involve profiling and is not subject to automated decision processes.

  1. TRANSMISSION TO THIRD PARTIES

Personal data or business data concerning your provided may be transmitted by AIR VISION to affiliated companies.

Your personal data can also be consulted by third parties such as accountants and tax consultants we are working with.

Agreements with all of these organizations are concluded in order to ensure your personal data is sufficiently secured.

We are also required to transmit certain data to third parties as part of legal obligations such as visits and investigations by the Police and /or judicial instances, or when you have given your consent.

Your personal data are never sold, rented, shared, used for commercial purposes or available to third parties without your prior consent except for the different cases described above.

Your personal data (such as your names and first names) to the organizers of events but only for reasons of organization and security.
