    When a production process is based on heating till an eventual melting of the work material to get the desire product, there for you will need numerous fans of different kind.


    It is the case for the Cement plant too, alongside the production chain. Starting from the crushing and the raw material grinding, meaning the raw material extracted from the quarry.  A fan ensure the ventilation of the ball-mill or the edge-runner mill from which you can get the “cement meal”.


    The cement meal is then sent to the preheating tower from which the combustion smokes are exchanging the calories with the inner cyclone material. The material is preheated at 800°C and enters then in the centrifugal furnace to be processed to the clinker stage. At the exit of this process, the Clinker looks like strong nodules and it is cooled up to 100°C in a grid cooler. This function is ensured with a centrifugal fan battery, anchored in the ground and blowing under a grid.


    After adding several components, the clinker is again processed in grinding operation to get the cement, with the help of another fan, real grinding mill lung.


    Alongside of the manufacturing process, several filters ensure to exhaust clean smoke fumes.
